M62 to Junction 26, follow M606 to the end, follow A6177 ring road east. At the 3rd roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A650 to Bradford. Continue for a number of miles passing Tesco and Staples on your left. Follow this road until you come to Shipley and a set of traffic lights, turn right onto the A6038. Continue on the A6038 for approx 3 miles travelling towards Baildon, at the traffic lights with the Junction Public House do not turn left but continue straight on. You will pass Green leisure club on your right and then Hollins Hill Garage on your left, the hotel is located just on the left ½ way up the hill.
