ABOUT
We hire excellent quality tablecloths, napkins, table runners and chaircovers with sashes & bows in over 30 solid colour linens and some fabulously posh fabrics. We help create some of the best tablesettings you’ll ever see for party planners, events companies, hotels, in fact anyone planning a ‘bash’ at venues large and small throughout the UK.

| We offer our linen-hire service across the UK, through an ultra reliable collection and delivery service, together with a fab team of people travelling the UK armed with our goodies (because you ain’t seen nothing until you’ve done the touchy-feely bit with our tablelinen!
We’re based at our Ross-on-Wye processing and distribution centre in Herefordshire, where we also have our Showroom |

FACILITIES
Special Occasion Linen offers a linen-hire facility that basically works like this:
1 You order online, by email, phone or fax; we confirm your order
2 The day before your Event, we deliver your order by courier
3 You gush with pride at your tablesettings; then afterwards place
all the used linen in our pre-labelled collection bags
4 The day after your Event, our courier collects the labelled bags
of used linen
There are NO CONTRACTS. You can hire from us whenever you want, no strings. |
